Tonight I've been having a bit of trouble trying to write a letter to my brother. It's easier said than done. We may have the same mother but we know nothing about each other really and it's causing a lot of issues to come up for me which are very much unresolved.
I've come across this website; www.themeinside.com which allows adults who'd been affected by adoption to come together and talk to each other about their experiences. It's amazing how even just talking to a few of them, I already feel a little better about my situation.
Hopefully something good will come of this, and also from me becoming an adoption champion - that I've signed up to be. There are 4000 children in the UK who need to be adopted; and if I can spread the news so just one of them is then that's amazing.
